Hey @NYC_DOT this piece of metal has been sticking out of the ground for months. We sent Craig Chin seven emails about this issue since April 24th, and NOTHING has been done.
In what world is this even remotely acceptable? Maybe if this were a bike lane in Manhattan you'd get to it, but since it's a street in Queens you guys don't seem to care at all. DO YOUR JOBS.

On Dec. 22, 1984, New York City resident Bernhard Goetz shot and wounded four men on a Manhattan subway, alleging they were about to rob him. Goetz was acquitted of murder and assault charges but convicted on a weapons possession charge, ultimately serving eight months of a one-year sentence.
In 1989, Barry Allen was charged with robbing a 58-year-old man of $54. In 1991, he was convicted and sentenced to 3.5 to 7 years.
