Satoshi did cite Nick Szabo, as well as Zooko and Wei Dai, in the Bitcoin Alpha release.

While Satoshi didn’t cite @NickSzabo4 in the whitepaper, he did state that Bitcoin is an implementation of Nick’s Bitgold in a BitcoinTalk post.
Happy Bitcoin Whitepaper day! 🥳

CNN ATTACKS ELON | BLINKEN'S REPLY WILL SHOCK YOU
CNN has asked for ‘repercussions’ against Elon, saying he ‘sabotaged a military operation by Ukraine.’
I’m not making this up...
Elon refuses to directly participate in a war, and CNN calls it ‘sabotage' 😂
It gets worse…
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken responds to CNN’s Jake Tapper by ignoring his allegations and pointing out the BENEFITS Starlink brought the Ukrainian people!
Tapper dismisses Blinken’s reply, since it doesn’t criticize Elon, and moves to a new stupid agenda: Elon’s ‘secret talks’ with the Senior Russian Officials, claiming Elon is doing his own “diplomatic outreach to the Russian Government.”
Blinken AGAIN ignores the stupid question and AGAIN highlights how important and impactful Starlink has been to Ukraine.
And guess how Tapper wraps up the interview?
“It sounds like Starlink's so important the US government doesn't want to risk offending a capricious billionaire.”
WHAT?!
Biden’s administration has a history of attacking Elon:
There are already multiple bogus investigations against his companies ongoing right now.
Remember last week’s secret ‘glass house’ that the DOJ and SEC are apparently investigating? 😂
How about X getting fined for refusing to hand over Trump’s personal Twitter data and information to prosecutors?
Or SpaceX getting sued by the DOJ for hiring Americans in the company’s hiring process? (not making this up!)
CNN, feel free to hate @elonmusk, but try to be more subtle about it...

Hello, anti-censorship crypto frens. By far the best—and possibly the only—defense against consensus-layer censorship is end-to-end encryption on L1. Fortunately for future generations, end-to-end encryption has already been deployed, battle-tested, and upgraded…on Zcash.

It’s pretty funny (?) that Texas built a ton of wind and solar, is now dealing with grid instability because of that, and bitcoin miners that are long power volatility are making money as a consequence. The greens are seething about it - but the culprit is the wind and solar that they love!

Unpopular opinion: civil leaders do in fact have emergency authority to suspend temporarily many legal rights.

if you understand a bit about how crypto web apps work, it's not hard to tell that all the 'interface regulation' will end in one place--regulation of RPC nodes...that is likely why Infura is decentralizing (theblock.co/post/249991/cons…)
sure, you can try to regulate web app providers, but this will be very easily decentralized (albeit at some loss of user growth due to added frictions)
then you can move to wallets, but, again, this can also be decentralized and the wallets can be run locally
the hard part is the RPC nodes, with most wallet providers also providing a dedicated RPC node that is quite costly/resource-intensive...
RPC nodes are also true intermediaries--i.e., they receive and relay tx messages/orders from users to validators...
so RPC nodes would remain the regulatory lever after we've decentralized everything else, which is why infura is smart to start decentralizing now
