Marty originally arrives at Twin Pines Mall in the original timeline at 1:16am. After reality is repaired and altered, the scene cuts to his alarm clock at 10:27am. Then the dial flips and his alarm goes off at 10:28 AM.
9hrs and 11 minutes in between 1:16am and 10:27 am. Then he wakes up in a new reality with only a lone pine at 1028 am, the same time the 2nd twin tower fell.
