Churchill could have shortened WW2 by years if he had just “done a deal” with Hitler. George Washington could have done a deal to end the American Revolution. Zelenskyy is in good company.

Autism and modernized Western Masculinity would clash with many older Western societies.
For example in classic Greek, Roman, and Rennaissance courts, direct, literal blunt communication was the antithesis of masculinity that preferenced rhetorical flourishes, and emotional expression/persuasion. Men would take classes in oratory/persuasion.
Being hyper-focused vs a rennaissance man was frowned on.
Dominance displays, risk-taking, gregariousness were prized masculine traits for nobility, while aversion to crowds, and noise, focus on discipline and work would be seen as masculine to the working classes.
Conversely, public displays of weeping were very masculine in classical Greek and Roman periods. Roman men kissed each other in greeting. As recently as the lage 19th Century, public display of affection between men was normal in *this* country. Men took photographs together where they are practically climbing on top of each other. Composing love poetry between men was not just routine, it was masculine.
Elaborate dress, makeup, ornaments, and perfumes were expressly male in the 17-18th centuries. The industries that supported these as well as cooking, baking, and tailoring were dominated by men.
Courtly behavior, including ritual modesty, careful speech depending on audience, and high levels of agreeableness were male-coded and dictated by men.
What I think your seeing is aristocratic behaviors became domestic traits and reassigned to women while the industrial revolution stripped down maleness to utility and seriousness for men.

Nothing could be more relatable to young Americans who have been forced to put off plans of starting a family because they are drowning in student debt.

The last time the Japanese were exposed to this level of American culture they made baseball their national sport and now we have Shohei.
One can only assume that in 50 years some of the best bull riders and bbq pit masters in the world will be Japanese.
