Here’s what 60 minutes left on the cutting room floor, some of the most dangerous and violent criminals we’ve removed to third countries:
60 Minutes obtained the names of 63 people on a deportation flight from Texas to West Africa. Of the 19 people we reached who were sent to Ghana, 17 say Ghana then transported them against their will to their home countries — places U.S. immigration judges had ruled they should not be returned to. A Department of Homeland Security lawyer told 60 Minutes he was not aware of cases in which Ghana had sent deportees home against their will. He also said he believes third-country removals have prevented crimes and made Americans safer. cbsn.ws/4yNhS4B

Here we go again... An Obama appointed judge just ruled Trump's DOJ couldn't fire Maurene Comey, James Comey's daughter. Retroactive reinstatement. Back pay. So the President runs the executive branch but can't fire a prosecutor in it? Take this one straight to the Supreme Court.

This is what is meant by the phrase "Epstein hoax." This is Maria Farmer. In 2023 she and her lawyer reemerged with another version of her story and to announce another lawsuit against the FBI. Yes, she sounds like a crazy person, but still, she cried and begged for Christopher Wray to even acknowledge her. Where were the politicians who care so much now? For some reason there were no politicians rushing to her side to hold a press conference or calling for the FBI to help her. She didn't even get on CNN. But she did make it on CNN in 2025. Any idea why? Of course you know why. She now had a TRUMP STORY that she had been "waiting 30 years" to tell about how Trump gave her a strange look many years ago. Farmer is now quoted in the Democrats new smear report against Trump. How pathetic is that. This type of stuff is why it's called the "Epstein hoax."

I took about 50,000 photos through a 14" telescope last night to produce this: A hyper-detailed photo of the full moon. The fidelity of the photo was great enough to allow me to greatly enhance the color, revealing a hidden world of geological diversity.

I voted Democrat in California! Xavier Becerra will carry on Governor Gavin Newsom's great leadership. Don't believe the lies. California is safer because of Democratic policies. We believe in rehabilitation, not incarceration. People make mistakes. Sometimes they make the same mistakes over and over again. Everyone deserves another chance, especially if they pinky swear they won't do it again. 💙🗳️

For anyone curious about what it actually looked like to kill a generation of functioning cars, here’s an actual video from 2009 and brief explanation: The dealer first replaces the oil with sodium silicate solution. It’s a clear-ish liquid that crystallizes under extreme heat. As the engine warms up the solution begins to form small abrasive crystals in the oil system that shred the bearing and score the cylinder walls. Within seconds of starting the car you can see smoke billowing from the exhaust, this is the crystals scratching the cylinder walls and leaving small grooves for oil and solution to leak past into the combustion chamber and ignite/evaporate, producing the white smoke. Pretty soon the entire crankcase is full of crystals and freshly shredded metal flakes, the engine seizes. It took about 40 seconds in this video. Some engines reportedly lasted up to 7 minutes, but all were destroyed. That strikes me as sort of sad in a way, like watching a great warrior slowly lose a heroic last stand. Now, this is the part that gets insanely wasteful. These cars were sent to federally approved recycling facilities where they had 180 days to sell the non-engine parts before they were required to prove that they had shred the entire thing into scrap steel. But, in talking to a guy who ran one such facility at the time, he typically just sent them straight to the crusher. The timeframes allotted weren’t long enough to dismantle all of the cars, and even if you could, the marginal prices of the parts was greatly diminished. You cannot sell 1000 transmissions when only 50 went bad that year, they became worthless. So just like that, in order to increase prosperity and save the environment, 677,000 entire running cars and trucks were turned directly into rebar worth a few cents per pound. The entire Obama administration was like a chapter out of atlas shrugged.
Barack Obama was horrible in a million different ways, but he doesn’t get anywhere near the hate he deserves for destroying the used car market for an entire generation. 15-year-old cars with 150,000 miles that should be selling for $3,000 are going for $15,000. It’s abominable. Pure destruction and thievery.

On Saturday , I took my son plane spotting at HNL. He wanted photos of a unique Australian firefighting aircraft parked at Signature Aviation. We were in a public parking spot, and my son was taking pictures through the fence. As we started driving away, a Signature employee waved us down. Employee: “Why are you taking pictures of that airplane?” Me: “Because it’s a pretty unique aircraft.” Employee: “You’re not allowed to take pictures of Signature property.” Me: “You do realize we’re on public property, right? And we can legally photograph what’s visible from public property?” Employee: “NO! You’re not allowed!” Me: “Sorry, but you’re misinformed.” Then came the best part. Me: “Would you like a picture of my license plate for your records?” Employee: “I already took pictures of your vehicle and license plate.” Me: “Cool! Well, I’ll be back another day to take more pictures. Have a nice day!” Imagine being so concerned about a kid taking airplane pictures that you photograph their vehicle and license plate. It’s called plane spotting, not espionage. 😂
