There is reason to hope that this renewed investigation might succeed where the earlier investigation by the marshals failed. The FBI is the world’s premier investigative organization, including forensic expertise. More importantly, the use of the grand jury can be a game changer, as targets are asked to answer questions under oath with growing risks of criminal charges for false or misleading statements. jonathanturley.org/2026/11/0…

Calley Means claims President Trump Exploded “How the Hell Did This Happen?”, After Learning Heidi Overton and Sarah Harris Quietly Pushed a DOJ Brief Helping Bayer Escape Glyphosate Cancer Lawsuits—Without Telling RFK Jr.
Means said the Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a brief urging the Supreme Court to take Bayer’s glyphosate (Roundup) liability case and support giving the company liability protection.
He claimed this was done entirely without consulting RFK Jr. (“Bobby”).
• Heidi Overton (White House health policy aide and later FDA commissioner nominee, described by Means as “Susie’s person”) worked with the DOJ to construct the legal argument for why the Court should take the case and support liability protection for pesticide makers. Means said she did not consult Kennedy.
• Sarah Harris (brought into the Solicitor General’s office; previously at Williams & Connolly, which represented Bayer) wrote the opinion arguing the Supreme Court should take the case and grant liability protection to Bayer.
Means said the Court took the case and sided with Bayer (which he claimed it wouldn’t have done without the administration’s brief), and that Trump was unaware his own DOJ had supported it.
Both still hold government roles.
— Heidi was selected by Trump to be the FDA commissioner, pending confirmation.
— Sarah is still the Principal Deputy Solicitor General at the Department of Justice

🚨 My fellow infidels and troublemakers...
Walk with me into the autopsy room as we expose how Marxists and radical Islamists cultivated students and turned them into campus revolutionaries on YOUR dime.
During Operation Metro Surge, led by Commander Greg Bovino, the Muslim Students Association (MSA) partnered with the Marxist revolutionary group Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) at the University of Minnesota, spending weeks doxxing ICE agents by publicly circulating their license plates and real-time locations.
💸 Both groups are registered student organizations at the university, making them eligible for up to $10,000 in student activity grants.
These two student organizations were supported by outside revolutionary networks like the Sunrise Movement, the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), and the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO).
For weeks, the Muslim Students Association (MSA) and the SDS helped to coordinate disruptions of ICE operations.
They organized from their campus base and promoted targeted attacks across their social media pages.
Our Department of Education shoved $628 MILLION in federal funding into the University of Minnesota.
$628 MILLION and our Department of Education never said a word about any of this. NOT. ONE.
Both of these student organizations are still operating on this campus, and their recruitment numbers are growing.
They still have access to federal funding.
What should have been done? The Education Secretary should have immediately coordinated with the FBI and Treasury Department to suspend federal funding.
YOU SHUT IT OFF WITH SPEED, SURPRISE, AND OVERWHELMING USE OF FORCE.
Any university knowingly facilitating the doxxing of federal law enforcement officers or the planning of attacks against them MUST LOSE FEDERAL FUNDING.
Counterterrorism 101: You NEVER fund domestic terrorism, and you certainly don't hand Marxist and Islamic revolutionaries on a college campus taxpayer money. EVER.

Congratulations, Abdul El-Sayed. You won.
You outsmarted millions. If voters in other states had been allowed to vote for you, many more would have fallen for your charm. Keep going and maybe one day it's the presidency.
Like it or not, they will call you Senator. You beat them at their own game. Western democracy gave you representation, and you're using that power to shape your country (yes, your country) closer to your worldview. Who knows, maybe you'll even work to undo the Muslim Brotherhood designation. As an observant Muslim, why wouldn't you pursue what you believe in?
And let's be honest: you read your voters far better than they read you. Your critics put the questions about your associations in front of them. Your voters, many of them Jewish, shrugged and backed you anyway. As we say in Arabic: القانون لا يحمي المغفلين. The law doesn't protect the gullible.
The political current that cheered your victory has spent decades working patiently toward this, for the good of humanity as it sees it, and for the good of its children.
I disagree. I grew up where Islam has ruled since the 7th century. Since the eighties, the Muslim Brotherhood has promised us الإسلام هو الحل, "Islam is the solution." We lived the result, and nothing could be further from the truth. That was our experience in the Muslim world, the same world your parents chose to leave.
Maybe America will be different. Maybe here it will finally work, because the people who mistake your smug smile for a sweet one are so much easier to win over. They have no resilience. They take every smile at face value. And they have so little sense of who they are that some would trade it for anything that offers certainty.
Congratulations. The hard work paid off. While your side spent decades organizing, the people who should have been paying attention were busy inventing new identities, new grievances, new reasons to be offended, new things to smoke, new gods. Then the Palestinian cause led them straight into bed with Islamism. And for Palestine, they'll march hypnotized to the end of the earth.

If the gop was smart, they would pass a reconciliation bill before Jan that funds all of essential government at its lowest level until Jan 2029 since the dems will be shutting down the goverment off and on for the next 2 years like they have for the last 2 years.

Well, I used too.
Assassination of a young father isn't funny.
Do you think it's funny @Chewy ?
I spend a lot with @Chewy, especially with two corgs.
I am happy to spend that money elsewhere if they insist on supporting a podcast like this where horrible women laugh about a young man being assassinated in broad daylight in front of millions of people.

Hey @zennioptical will you continue to sponsor this podcast that celebrates someone's murder?
Podcasters Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan can't stop laughing at the thought of digging up Charlie Kirk's corpse and "doing it" again to him.
After laughing for 30 seconds straight, the women falsely claimed that Tyler Robinson was a 'MAGA person.'
They will celebrate your death, laugh uncontrollably, and still be fully convinced they're the "good guys."

Joe Gebbia and Elon Musk brought me into OPM to modernize a federal retirement system buried under 400 million pieces of paper and decades of bureaucracy.
I spent a year working alongside career civil servants, learning their processes and systems. I quickly discovered how agencies get locked into contracts for egregiously outdated software. In order for retirement processing to be better, we needed to rebuild it from the ground up, with a system the agency could own and operate itself.
OPM Director @skupor gave us room to challenge old assumptions, make decisions, and execute.
In just a few months, we rolled out the Online Retirement Application government-wide, eliminating recurring vendor fees and giving retiring federal employees a faster, easier way to start their retirement - digitally, for the first time ever.
I trained the in-house team to maintain and operate the system themselves, and we celebrated our wins together.
And then I left. That’s how modernization should work.
There are still so many outdated systems that desperately need modernization. Yet everywhere you look, agencies are stuck with aging vendor-built software where contractors charge millions and take weeks just to change a button.
Reimagining how government works takes more than Claude subscriptions. It takes the vision to rethink old processes, the experience to build something better, and the resolve to see things through.
That’s why I’m taking what I learned at OPM and setting out to do it again across the federal government with my new company, GovMaxxing.
I’m bringing together the best talent I’ve worked with in Silicon Valley: proven builders who’ve shipped products millions of Americans use every day and can’t wait to bring that same world-class execution to government.
We have no interest in becoming another contractor collecting checks indefinitely to maintain software that should belong to the American people.
We want to come in, solve the problem, train federal employees, and equip our institutions to own their solutions, leaving them more capable long after we’re gone, with something they’re proud to stand behind.
GovMaxxing maximizes what government is capable of. And then leaves.

President Trump nominated U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Arkansas Lee Rudofsky to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
This appellate court covers Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
There is a very limited window to confirm Rudofsky--before Senate Democrats block him.
Arkansas' two Republican home-state senators--@JohnBoozman and @TomCottonAR--are blocking Rudofsky, as they wanted someone else.
(They have @JohnCornyn and @SenThomTillis doing their bidding for them.)
They need to change their minds--and fast--or Republicans will lose this key appellate court seat.
Cornyn and Tillis are leaving the Senate.
But this is an unforgivable sin for Boozman and Cotton.
