Spain has just passed a law that gives the workers the right to be informed about the parameters, rules and instructions on which algorithms or AI systems that may impact their working conditions, access to and manteinance of the employment are based, including profiling.

Do you want to have fewer Docusigns hanging out in the breeze, on pins and needles when they’ll come back? Don’t send an agreement without a calendar invite to review it together, and sign it. Yes, on a call, concurrently, to sign it. Sounds weird. Totally works.
