There are a number of fallacies in this report.
For one, the mass of CO2 per cubic meter of air at STP (sea level at 0°C) is less than one gram.
Also there is no scientific evidence that CO2 can affect the temperature of a ham-sandwich, nevermind air within which it is mixed.

Correct. The Barometric pressure explains #Venus' temperature profile (i.e. kinetic energy per cubic unit of atmosphere), which is irrespective of any gas constituent.
Choose any gas, it'll be effectively just as hot.

You can also calculate the temperature of #Venus' surface by multiplying it's temperature at 1 bar by the lapse rate (10°K per 1 Km) by the height from the surface (50 km)
Notice Venus & #Earth have the same #LapseRate (tropospheric temperature gradient/slope)

Correct, #CO2 would have to generate enough heat to overcome the rate of cooling of this open system.
However CO2's band does not generate or retain heat as no experiment shows that it can.
Also #OLR (Outgoing Longwave Radiation) has increased, which negates the CO2 hypothesis.
