Bench press is actually one of my favorite programs, but recently I’ve had to substitute flat bench press with incline bench press and I’ve noticed impressive changes in my chest development. What’s even more interesting is that some people can bench press 100kg but struggle to barbell press 70kg. I would love an explanation to that? When flat bench starts playing the boss, exploring other variations is worth considering. Personally I’ve found the incline barbell chest press incredibly impressive for chest development, while still challenging my upper-body strength. 70kg barbell press. Easy.
Bench press is arguably the most inconsistent gym exercise , I did 5 reps of this 120kg/264lb last week without recording it, so I decided to record it this time around and this is what happened

An exercise that’s meant to destroy your back could become a punishment for your chest if you get the execution wrong.

We're STILL on about this In 2026? Creatine doesn’t damage your kidneys no matter how many grams you take. There had been decades of research on this and people are still spreading the same recycled myth.
A gym bro takes 20g of creatine every day. Six months later, his kidneys start showing signs of damage. Which habit could be contributing to this? A) Taking excessive supplements B) Dehydration C) Ignoring existing kidney problems D) All of the above

Getting in to great shape takes a minimal commitment. Can you manage less than 45 minutes of per week in the gym? Do you have time for 1-2 meals per day?

Day 6 of eating potatoes for 30 days. First meal of the day btw. I was gonna make potato waffles but it didn’t turn out well so, I decided to mash it. Still tastes great with the chicken sauce.
Day 5 of eating potatoes for 30 days. So far today, I’ve had 2,172 calories and 188.6g of protein. That’s me done for the day. We’ll hit the gym later tonight and hope I survive till tomorrow

How many pull up should I be able to go at a go,to unlock the muscle ups?
Muscle-ups are definitely one of the most efficient compound exercises. They train your pulling strength, pushing strength, and explosive power all at once.

If you want to lift heavy, eat more carbs and protein and increase your body weight. Mass moves mass. Notice in this video—the more his body weight increased, the heavier the weights he was able to curl. Bro went all the way up to 108kg curls!

Leg day isn't for the weak-minded. 💀 Heavy squats, controlled reps and putting in the work. No shortcuts, just consistency and progressive overload. I'm curious: What's ONE leg exercise you can never leave out of your workout, no matter how tired you are? For me, it's squats. What's yours?

So many men in today’s gym would rather struggle with 25kg dumbbells just to protect their ego. Meanwhile, Mr. Olympia champion is using 10kg dumbbells to build the most ridiculous biceps you’ll ever see. Stop training for the audience.
as a gym bro aspire not just to be huge but super huge 💯

Apparently, bicep insertions are a big deal for arm aesthetics. Is there anything that can be done to improve or correct the look of mine in frame B?
I’ve always wanted to recreate the look in this first frame, and I think I’m getting there. How long do you think it’ll take me to go from frame B (my current physique) to matching frame A naturally, with no steroids? A B

If you can squat 200kg but struggle to jog for 5 minutes, I have questions about what exactly you’ve been training your body to do.

Everybody is so fixated on his age, as if being 19 makes you incapable of lifting that kinda weight. In 1966, Arnold Schwarzenegger was already bench pressing 165kg at 19. Almost 60 years later, with advancement in PEDs, training, and nutrition, you think young athletes ain’t capable of achieving even more?
350kg/765lb by a 19 year old is so impressive. This may actually be 1 in a billion
